Points Regarding Reservations

Once a reservation is complete, it may not be changed.
Make sure that all reservation information is correct before completing the reservation procedure.
Reservations may be cancelled if the customer does not arrive at the hotel at the appointed check-in time.
If your arrival is delayed, please contact Artemis staff directly.

Usage Conditions

Regarding Day Use
Depending on room availability, check-out time may be extended until 1:00 pm.
Late check-out (after 1:00 pm) is subject to an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the room rate.

Check-out after 6:00pm is subject to fees equivalent to a one-night stay.


Children 12 or younger may share their parent’s room free of charge.
Extra beds are available for $50.


A deposit equivalent to 30% of the room rate will be withdrawn from the specified account within 7 days of the reservation.
Confirmation of final payment is made at check-in.
Reservations made within 2 weeks of the customer’s arrival must be paid in full at reservation confirmation.


Cancellations made within – 15 days of arrival (15 – 30 days of arrival during peak travel seasons) are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved room rate.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival (14 days of arrival during peak travel seasons) are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reserved room rate.
If the customer does not stay at the hotel and fails to notify staff, the customer will be billed for the full room rate. Refunds will not be made after payment is complete.
